1. Draft status
These terms are a working draft. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and do not represent the terms of any company. No legal entity, jurisdiction of incorporation, or regulatory registration is claimed anywhere on this site.
2. What Elade.run is
An interface for a fee-funded, strategy-backed token launch model. Market information is read-only and fetched from Hyperliquid's public info endpoint.
3. No financial service
Elade.run does not custody assets, execute trades, accept deposits, or offer investment, brokerage or advisory services. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
4. No transactions
On-chain launch is fail-closed and stays disabled unless the required integration configuration is present. Connecting a wallet grants read-only address visibility and nothing more.
5. No warranty
The product is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Calculations are models with stated assumptions and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.
6. No guaranteed returns
Modelled APRs, projections and backing figures are not promises. Returns can be negative and backing can go to zero. See the risk disclosure.
7. Your data
Coins, drafts and your watchlist are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data deletes them permanently.
8. Changes
These draft terms may change at any time without notice while the product is in development.
